Cecilia is the coordinator of Project GLAD and Multilingual Academic Services at the Orange County Department of Education. Prior to this role, she served as an assistant principal at Anaheim Elementary School District and as an EL instructional specialist at Orange Unified School District. Cecilia began her career as a lead teacher at Crittenton Services, working with unaccompanied refugee minors, an experience that continues to inform her equity-centered approach to multilingual education.
