Sailee Charlu has advanced bilingual education policy at the county, state, and legislative levels — from passing OC’s Resolution 03-26 to shaping a state translanguaging bill and CDE’s 2027 literacy guidance, while embedding her programs into OCDE through a Multilingual Academic Services internship.
