Dr. Amador-Lankster is program director for National University’s Master of Bilingual Education and Bilingual Authorization programs, and past president of CABTE. She spent over a decade as a bilingual teacher and administrator in LA-area schools, then designed professional development for teachers of English language learners across 26 states. She co-directed a $2.5M state internship grant and conceptualized a fully online PK-12 bilingual teacher preparation program focused on identity, equity, and inclusion, and continues to shape bilingual teacher preparation nationally through her Fulbright Specialist appointment.
